GREEN E BAY LTD 12-Month Warranty

All GREEN E BAY  products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

The frame and motor are guaranteed for one year, and the battery is guaranteed for 6 months. Other accessories/parts and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Target Audience

  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by GREENEBAY LTD  are covered by an extensive warranty.

  2. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through GREEN E BAY 's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon,etc. are not handled through GREENEBAY LTD.

  1. It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.

  2. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.

  3. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

This Limited Warranty does not cover

  1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.

  2. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

  3. Damage caused by car accidents, water damage, and other natural disasters is not covered by warranty.

 

Claims Process

All claims to this warranty must be made through GREENEBAY LTD. and submitted to GREENEBAYLTD@GMAIL.COM. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at GREENEBAYLTD@GMAIL.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through GREENEBAY  within 1 years of initial purchase.

GREEN E BAY  will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact GREENEBAYLTD@GMAIL.COM and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Repair Service

For repair services, GREEN E BAY LTD  will only provide free replacement parts.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, GREENEBAY LTD  shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when GREENEBAYLTD  has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for scooters/bikes, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All product returns must be in the original packaging. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted. If you insist on returning it, an additional fee of $200 will be deducted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: We do not accept returns due to reasons such as the bike/scooter cannot be registered, requires a driver's license to drive, or is illegal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancel order

If you cancel your order before we start processing your order, you can receive a full refund.
If you request to cancel the order after we start processing your order, your refund will be deducted from the corresponding handling fees (including shopify transaction fees, logistics fees, and warehouse operation fees)
This time is based on the time we see your request to cancel the order, not the time you send it. Our working time is GMT+8 9:00AM-18:00PM

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the package and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us AT GREENEBAYLTD@GMAIL.COM.

Note: Once the replacement parts/accessories are sent out, order cancellation and return and refund are not supported, including but not limited to purchasing the wrong parts and no longer needing the parts.

All orders free shipping to the U.S. lower 48 states. Duty Free.

Delivery methods

All our shipping will be a door to door service with local UPS, FedEx, USPS delivery company.

Order processing time

Packages in the warehouse will be shipped within 1-2 work days. 

Package delivery time

It normally takes about 2-3 days (working days) to deliver after being sent out.

We only ship on work days

Any in-stock orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
